Kaynasma Dinner, which was organized by Divan Cultural Center, was held at Sheraton Hotel in Durham. Kaynasma stands for solidarity in Turkish.

The purpose of dinner was to create an atmosphere where members of Turkish Community can meet, socialize and coalesce with one another.

Mr. Ekrem Hatip, Dr. Canguzel Zulfikar (Associate Director at Carolina Center for the Study of the Middle East and Muslim Civilizations) and Mr. Ilhan Huryasar gave speeches which emphasized the importance of harmony and unity in our community.

Dinner which had more than 110 guests was very successful with the interactive participation of the speakers and the other guests.
